As far as Mr, Maybank and his Chairmanship of the TRAC Commission vs. potential conflicts with his clients - JUST DISCLOSING THE CONFLICT DOESN'T ELIMINATE THE CONFLICT. IT'S STILL A CONFLICT. Why was he named Chairman?
